1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BrandMash ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BrandMash is a brand naming tool that allows users to generate brand name candidates, create voting campaigns, and rank names through head-to-head matchups using an Elo rating system.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Pro plan is billed monthly at $5/month. You can cancel anytime through the Manage Plan link in your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate voting results through automated means
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Generate content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on others' rights

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any brand names you create or generate using the Service. BrandMash does not claim ownership of user-generated content. AI-generated names are provided as suggestions and are not guaranteed to be unique or available for trademark registration.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. BrandMash is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trademark disputes over generated names.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
